UPDATED Daily Regime

Busy day running around everywhere, from Lisbon to Cascais, back to Lisbon again. At least, some of the important things were resolved, though there is still so much more to do. But all in good time. Managed to get up at 7 o’clock sharp to do my power walk, that takes me downtown and back. It was rainy and cool, but it actually felt good and by mid afternoon the weather cleared and heat will be arriving at full force.
Grandma is still very angry with me, but I’m trying to follow my Grandad’s advice to keep cool and act normal, as if nothing happened. However, sleep has been evading me for almost a week now and my brain then starts to function very poorly, to the point I can’t perform very basic action or even speak properly. I didn’t even went swimming this week, because I tend to forget how to breathe…more precisely, how to exhale!

Anyway, here is my updated skin care regime:
Morning time:
v  Alga Maris Crème Solaire SPF 50 Visage UVA and UVB (powerwalking)
v  Nuxe cleansing oil (to remove the sunscreen properly after powerwalking)
v  So Etic Bio Aloe cleansing foam
v  Vichy Hyaluspot treatment (left side close to my nose, due to minor, very small pimples)
v  Nuxe Prodigieuse Boost eye gel (glides marvellously and feels very fresh)
v  Caudalie VinoPerfect serum (for the dark spots and uneven skin tone)
v  Nuxe Prodigieuse Boost concentrate
v  Caudalie Sunscreen SPF 50 that came as gift with the VPerfect serum

I have been applying any sort of foundations or bb creams, not even cushions, just eye shadow, undereye concealer and blush. Today, however, I decided to apply, before the blush, the Avène translucent mosaic powder to tone down the shine. Worked well.

Night time:
v  Nuxe cleansing oil from the rose petal range, which I have been using for over a year. I do use this to remove my eye makeup, unless I use mascara (a very rare happening)
v  Innisfree Green Tea cleansing foam (it’s been a while and since it’s still full, I will use it now at night instead of the TBS Tea Tree foam to save a few euros)
v  Avène Triacneal on my nose and around my mouth and chin
v  Caudalie VPerfect serum rest of my face
v  Nuxellence eye (1st sample still)
v  So Etic Bio Argan cream (that my Grandmother got, but doesn’t suit her needs) from the neck down, so as not to throw it away also.

I’m so sleepy and my eyes are struggling to stay open. Have you ever experienced going into a very light sleep state while walking on the street and doing your errands? It’s so weird and scary!
